ABOUT US
"Shan-Gri-La is a family-owned and operated farm that started in 1939 as a poultry farm in Willow Grove, PA, by my Grandfather Dewey H. Bunch, Sr. In 1967 my father, Dewey H. Bunch, Jr., purchased our farm in beautiful Bucks County, PA, and began growing sod. My brother, sisters, and I all worked side by side in the fields with my mother and father learning about the importance of family and hard work, as well as the commitment required to establish and maintain a successful small family business. In 1990, during my freshman year in college, I established my own landscaping business. The landscaping business quickly transitioned into a Landscape Design and build firm. In 2002, my wife Beth and I purchased the sod business. Together with our dedicated staff, we still maintain the strong family traditions established almost 80 years ago while continuing to adapt to the needs and desires of our modern customers. From outdoor kitchens, bars, dining areas, fireplaces, garden pathways, stonework and pavers, patios and so much more. We are passionate in making your vision become a reality."
